Once your new technology is operating, we transfer management to your staff. If its IT, Tyndale will provide a training regimen tailored to your organization, which allows for the required knowledge transfer to your staff. This can mean one-on-one consultations with your IT managers or class-style training for an entire department.

You may even elect to keep a designated Tyndale solution professional at your disposal, either off-or on-site.

After your staff is confident in managing the new solution, Tyndale is still available on-call to assure operations continue to run smoothly. Various levels of support are available to meet your needs from a 4-hour response time on a per-issue basis to 24x7 supports.
